Griffin Kennels Return and Refund Policy to buyers.
Things to consider before purchase, and/or before returning your pet:
- Keep in touch along the way. We can help with questions or concerns. We love to hear the success stories along with needs.
- Keep in mind we are here to help, and want to ensure the best fit for your family. We will be here for questions and concerns along the way. You do not have to take your pet to the vet every time you have a question. Contact us for any minor issues or assistance you may need to save yourself money. That is what we are here for. To ensure you are fully satisfied with your new investment into your family.
- Prior to purchase, please keep in mind the pet you choose, and how they will fit in your environment and family. At the end of the day the dog's tendencies (nature) will always be there. If not cared for and handled properly, could result in an unhappy pet and owner relationship. Not every pet will be compatible with every owner. Griffin Kennels will provide a healthy, quality pet. But, cannot ensure the pet will fit into your personal lifestyle and temperament. Example: A Great Dane is probably not the best fit in a Studio Apartment in a big city.
Griffin Kennels Return and Refund policy consists of:
- Return process must be started within 30 days from date of sale.
- Reason for return must be verified by pictures as well as call from your veterinarian explaining what is wrong, in their professional opinion. Any sign of abuse, malnourishment, or neglect will not be accepted back. Our kennel Vet will confirm with your vet that, in fact it was a hereditary issue that was not avoidable, and was present at time of sale. If no fault is found by current owner, refunded purchase price will be issued in full. Less any charges that may have occurred after sale takes place. Post sale charges that occur are the buyers responsibility. (Buyers remorse are not a reason for return)
- Initiate a return, by emailing our customer service department. You will receive a response to contact within 48 hours (unless weekend is involved) to begin the vetting process.
- For return, purchased pet must be brought back to the Kennel by delivery or in person. Pickup is not an option. All travel is at buyers expense.
